We work closely  with architects,  structural engineers , and suppliers who specialize in building renovations/remodeling involving roof top changes.  These folks work closely together with our construction team to make your upgrades economical and stylish. 

Do you need a zoning change or a height variance?  We can help present your request to the planning departments and guide you through that process or act on your behalf for the entire process.

If you would like to utilize your roof top then odds are your roof top HVAC equipment will need to be modified to clear some space.   Flat roofs are perfect for solar so why wouldn't you use that space. We work with a select group of experienced HVAC contractors and solar providers that can make that happen.
